A Custom A Day.... 365 days of custom figures Day 99 - Marvel Universe Storm by the1andonly4/10/2015 I do my best to stay away from custom figures from current toy lines. You have to give the toy companies a chance to see where they will take the line. Who knows what will happen with X-Men figures now that Marvel is phasing them out. The modern costume version of Storm sat on store shelves for months along with their hideous Psylocke so I don't think they'll waste a slot on the Jim Lee Storm in this scale any time soon. She helps finish the gold team.

A Custom A Day....
Since
I began toy collecting as a hobby back in 1990 I have always had a
need for custom figures. Toy companies begin action figure lines, begin
to release individual characters to create teams and, more often than
not leave them incomplete. Many collectors find that custom figures
pollute their collection's authenticity by not being mass produced
creations from the toy companies that created the preexisting toy lines.
I disagree. I feel a quality custom action figure enhances a
collection and help create a complete picture. Archives
